The ICA Voyage sails aboard Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas, departing Miami on Thursday, February 25, 2027, and returning Tuesday, March 2, 2027.

After completing the ICA Voyage 2027 conference registration, attendees may reserve their preferred cabin aboard Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas.
All cabin pricing shown below is per cabin based on double occupancy. Each cabin accommodates up to two guests.
For example, an Oceanview cabin priced at $2,364.90 represents a cost of approximately $1,182.45 per person when shared by two guests. If one guest chooses to occupy a cabin alone, the full cabin price applies.

Nearly everything you need for an unforgettable five-day experience is included—just select your cabin and set sail.
Cabin Options
Cabin prices are based on double occupancy and include accommodations for up to two guests. When shared by two guests, the approximate per-person cost is listed in the rightmost column of the table below.

Initial deposit: $300 per cabin, due at time of reservation. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cruise Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are calculated as a percentage of the cabin cost, based on the date of cancellation.
