(Addison, TX – July 26, 2022)
The 24th annual CINESHOW will take place on Aug. 22nd thru 24th at Renaissance Hotel – Addison, TX. CINESHOW is a regional conference aimed at independent cinemas and founded by Theatre Owners of Mid-America (T.O.M.A). The conference registration of $235 per person includes seminars, panel discussions, offsite visits via motorcoach to theater venues, a tradeshow of 60+ vendors, meals and social events.
Membership in T.O.M.A. comes primarily from exhibitors based in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. CINESHOW is an opportunity for independent theater owners to keep informed of best practices, learn how to address supply chain issues, and foster relationships with others within the same region,” said Byron Berkley, President of T.O.M.A.
The conference has been supported by ICA, Independent Cinema Alliance for the past few years. According to Rich Daughtridge, President of the ICA, “As cinema operators we always need to look for new technologies and solutions to run our businesses. CINESHOW is a great place to learn from subject experts and colleagues who own movie theaters.”

The ICA is a not-for-profit, volunteer alliance of independent cinemas operating in communities throughout the United States and Canada. Theatres operated by alliance members range in size from single-screen venues in small towns to multiplexes in larger cities. Currently there are 270 member companies representing more than 3,500 screens sharing one common goal: to provide a public voice that promotes the importance of independent cinemas as a valuable and necessary part of a healthy and vibrant motion picture industry.
