ICA Teams
COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING TEAM
The ICA Communications & Marketing team develops and executes media and public communications strategies to promote the Alliance’s mission, projects, and activities. Additionally, the team creates innovative marketing strategies, opportunities, and tools that benefit the Alliance and independent exhibitors.
EDUCATION TEAM
The ICA Education Committee develops the Alliance’s educational content and programs. This includes ICA Live! webinars, conference presentations, and other programming opportunities.
MARKETPLACE TEAM
The ICA Marketplace leverages the efficiencies created by the ICA’s membership to develop partnerships and programs that provide independent exhibitors with national account pricing and rebates on essential products, such as seats, technology, concession stand items, and more.
MEMBERSHIP TEAM
The ICA Membership Committee collaborates with the Board of Directors, committees, and members on key strategies, challenges, and needs to provide insight on membership recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies. The Membership Committee provides a critical link between ICA members and leadership, so that the Alliance continues to develop valuable benefits, programs, and services.
STUDIO RELATIONS TEAM
The ICA Studio Relations Committee develops and executes the Alliance’s strategy to create efficiencies and promote actions that will enhance independent exhibitor revenue streams and promote their screens as essential to film studios.
